Resin Cast Transformers

Resin cast transformer is a completely stationary solid-state device, and it needs less maintenance to provide problem-free service. This transformer does not contain any moving parts. Not like liquid fill transformers, this transformer simply uses high-temperature insulation systems as they are very safe environmentally.

These transformers give a secure and consistent power source that does not need fire-resistant vaults, the emitting of toxic gasses otherwise catch basins. These safety factors will allow these transformers to install in different applications where fire safety is required like schools, buildings, hospitals, factories, chemical industries.

  1. Resin Casted coils completely enclose the transformer coils against moisture, dirt, dust and industrial contaminants for maximum protection in industrial environments.
  2. Finger-safe terminals provides great terminal contact area which permits low-loss connections. 
  3. Mounting Clamps are made of heavy steel to add strength to core construction and provide stability. Slotted mounting feet permit easy and flexible installation.
  4. Attractive epoxy coated black matte finish, easy-to-read label with complete technical details.
  5. A shield comes as standard which provides for better harmonic and other electrical noise mitigation
  6. Constructed with high quality silicon steel laminations to minimize core losses and increase performance and efficiency. The core is constructed using the “Hole-Less” method thus minimising the magnetic reluctance and decreasing the No-Load Current (NLC) and No-load Watt Losses.
  7. Super Enamelled Copper or Aluminium wire of the highest quality assures efficient operation.
  8. Primary and secondary fusing options available in kits or factory installed on request.
